On June 12, the EEB Hub and the Delaware Valley Green Building Council hosted “Addressing the Split Incentives in Commercial Buildings: Green Lease Workshop”. We were very pleased to convene regional stakeholders and national experts to provide green lease and energy-aligned leasing strategies and tools that help overcome the ubiquitous split incentive between owners and tenants. As a follow-up item, we are looking to assess how many stakeholders in our regional market have engaged in or implemented a green lease, and what barriers prevent green leases from moving forward. Please complete our short green lease survey here, and encourage others to do the same.
